POTS Recovery Program
You may have heard people with POTS "Just need to exercise"
The truth is exercise is important but starting a new exercise routine can feel overwhelming and scary, and it can be really hard to stick with a program when all your body wants to do is rest.
You may have been handed a paper protocol for exercise, or told to "just google it". This can work great for some people. For others, that generic protocol can be about as helpful as a New Year's resolution written on some scrap paper. You might give it a go for a week or two when your motivation is high, but then lose steam as the weeks pass by. Soon enough, you're frustrated and back to your old ways.
What if you could finally break that cycle of try, frustration, give up?
